Great pool and garden area, perfect for enjoying the sun and relaxing. Convenient location near the beach, restaurants, and bars. Having a parking space was also a bonus.

The apartment could use some maintenance, as there were issues with the sofa bed and dining chairs. There were also some cleanliness issues, such as blown bulbs and a slight smell of dampness.

overall experience was very relaxing. great location not far from the beach great promenade, good restaurants and bars, and the communal gardens, and the room was air-conditioned. we loved the owner. there were a dishwasher, a fridge, and an electric kettle, a bath. for safety measures it had smoke detectors.

We had a fantastic stay in Javea! The communal gardens were stunning, with a beautiful pool area where we could relax and soak up the sun. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the golden sandy beach and a wide selection of bars and restaurants. The apartment itself was modern and fresh, with all the appliances and crockery we needed. The check-in process was easy and the communication with the owner was excellent. We especially loved having our own garden terrace where we could enjoy the peaceful surroundings.

The sofa bed in the lounge was incredibly uncomfortable to sit on, which was a bit disappointing as we were hoping for a proper place to relax inside.

I keep coming back to this place for my stay. I have no regrets. The staff even helped me find a local taxi. It has everything I need - Wi-Fi, free parking, kitchen utensils, air conditioning, flat-screen TV, and more. Perfect for my business trip.
